Hotel Crescent

Nice Hotel with all the facilities. Awesome rooms with Lake and Mountain View. Cab facilities and Car was top notch. Property is quite new and perfectly furnished. Washrooms are clean and equipped with modern things. Free toiletries and complimentary beverages facilities were present there in the room. Towels were clean and linen of the bed was adorable. We had a great stay in Crescent.

You can not reach location directly by Car. You need to walk for 300 meters. The good thing is they will send some one to pick you.

Located within the city, but it is situated a short distance away from the main road. Therefore, you will need to take a brief walk to reach the hotel. If you prefer, you can contact the property ahead of time to arrange for assistance in carrying your belongings from the main road to the hotel.

Owner is responsive and would answer you quickly. 10/10. He offerred complimentary cleaning service which usually on alternate days. You will get tea,coffee, toiletries, 1 ltr water on your arrival.

My experience was average, though I felt that I paid little high than the fair value. About Property and location: It is in chawl like structure facing dal lake. 7/10 We also faced issues with electricity but it was problem throughout srinagar. Guy offered mobile charging point in his office.

Good location, facing the lake, close to Boulevard Road. Big windows, lots of light and air, you will see Shikaras floating by regularly. Regular water supply including hot water, big geyser. Tons of complimentary welcome kit items. Power back up for fan, lights, and USB charging. Small shops nearby including a fresh Kashmiri bread shop. Outstanding food, it doesn’t get better, makes it a homestay experience!

Housekeeping staff needs training. Power cuts are frequent but reliable back up makes up for it. It’d be great if one regular power outlet had power back up too, preferably close to the bed, thanks!

Both western and Indian style toilets available - unusual 5. Hot water very welcome 6. Sameer is smart. He is a problem solver and attitudinally, helpful and resourseful.

1. Dal Lake Bouvard road is nearly a km walk through a highway under construction. Public ferry not available before 8 am or after 8 pm 2. Under renovation, with too few rooms/guests, so limited staff. There is a menu in the room, but no restaurant was shown. 3. Access for car not available from Dal lake side. Walk, or ferry when available. Narrow lane from Highway side. 4. Booked on Booking.com, but hotel insisted on 40% payment, to confirm booking

Best hotel in budget.. Location, service and facilities are excellent. Very helpful staff. The owner Sameerbhai is very cooprative and helpful. Infact we felt its a home away from home.. He treated us just like his family.
