LUXURY VACATION HOME! ADD A GOLF CART!!

Nice property 10 minutes walk from beach, bars, restaurants & stores. Hot tub/pool area a lovely restful oasis. Beautiful common seating areas & kitchen area. Rooftop patio great for sunsets.

No safe in room for valuables, passports, etc. Not permitted to use kitchen itself unfortunately. Housekeeping was erratic - from one day to the next, you never knew if you’d have a full complement of towels. Had to clean dirt off light switches ourselves when we first arrived. “Fresh” towels & sheets sometimes badly stained. Shower water pressure feeble. Most of all, the hosts need to have a “customer first” service focus.

Place was beautiful and loved the beach decor! You can tell they have put a lot of time and effort into making it the relaxing beach boutique experience. Loved our balcony, the rooftop deck, the jacuzzi, and the location to restaurants and bars. Loved the communication with staff. When first couldn't figure out the jacuzzi, they responded promptly to address the issue. The video game machine was a nice treat. Played Pacman for the first time in years...lol.

The refrigerator in the room could have been a little bigger. We had access to a large frig upstairs but my sis had just had knee surgery a couple months before and had some trouble going up and down the stairs to get stuff. We liked the yard but the trees block sun from hitting any of the loungers so can't really do any sunbathing there. Also, very nice wicker lounges but none you can lay flat in. I think they are going for more of a spa retreat look and they accomplished that.

Extremely clean and the location was close enough to walk to the beach and the Bridge Street restaurants and bars. The rooftop seating area was relaxing and the pool area was also very nice although we didn’t use it.

The parking was very tight but adequate. The rooms were close together so it felt like we had to be really quiet after 10, which isn’t really a problem for us but I was worried about bothering others. It also felt a little awkward to use the amenities because of sharing the space with others.

The room was clean and quite. Should warn people about steps no elevator. Was ok for us but may not be for others. The description of private pool was a little misleading. Overall boutique was fine. Not overly enthusiastic about the area. Not much to see or do. Parking limited

within walking distance to our favorite street. and you can stay for 1 night, lots of places on the island have a certain amount of nights.

My only complaint was the door in our room lead out to a deck, other guests were using it with the lights on, it was difficult trying to go to sleep.
