"Superb"

pretty, nice large common area and porches with views, spotlessly clean, convenient location, supplied beach chairs

coffee pot in room with nowhere to plug it in ( except floor or bathroom), coffee in the common area but no sugar ( i even left a note requesting it), no instructions for working the hot tub, wobbly fridge that dumped out contents including a bottle of wine that smashed on the floor.

"Superb"

Great location close to Bridge Street. Bradenton Beach is very walkable. Be sure to read the House Rules not so much to learn what you shouldn't do but about all that you can do with the beautiful common space.

The most disappointing thing was learning about the beautiful common space in the morning we were checking out.

"We loved this hotel!"

Awesome bathroom. Clean, loved the commons floor and rooftop. So convenient to town, beach, and restaurants. Staff was friendly and so helpful!
