The location is excellent. Next to Cortez bridge and blocks from Bridge Street and the beach. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Main locations of the property are stocked for coffee and breakfast and there’s some kitchen amenities you can use.

I only wished there was a usable washer/dryer for guests.

Easy check in, comfortable beds, nice kitchen to prepare breakfast or coffee in, nice rooftop and outdoor area. 5 minute walk to beach or restaurants. Nice mix between a hotel and air bnb vibe!

hot tub isnt always hot, has to be turned on in advance which is a pain on colder days
