Easy to get to without driving into Brighton plenty of parking

Room was smelly

A clean comfortable room and a lovely meal which we enjoyed. It was a very warm night and it was enjoyable to enjoy a drink in the garden area

Nothing really comes to mind. We didn't take breakfast as we were going into Brighton early

We were cycling and got stuck in the heat. Staff brilliantly helpful and considerate.

Room 209 was terribly hot. Manager did help by providing iced buckets in front of fans, they did their best

Clean, comfy beds, great staff professional service, great location for the bus into Brighton. Great food too, will be staying again.

We managed to check in 2 hours early. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable

The bathroom was tiny . You had to shut the door to sit on the toilet. The pillows were not comfortable. Apart from the lack of a fridge the accommodation was acceptable

On main road and extremely noisy. Friendly staff and breakfast OK but decor and room facilities very tired (nould and cobwebs in the window fixings and a tiny bathroom from the 1970s, in need of a refit). Ar half the price would have shrugged. Overpriced fir the location and presentation.
