Good location just outside Brighton on a bus route. Large room with comfortable beds.

Location

Breakfast - service and organisation of breakfast poor. Unable to serve self to continental breakfast. Can only help self to drinks but even then had to wait for them to be topped up. Have to order items separately and very limited choice. Eg only sourdough bread which can be hard. Toast arrived cold and hard each day. Breakfast is certainly letting this establishment down. Have stayed twice and both times breakfast an issue. No improvement. Will not be staying again.

"Ok for what we required"

Location for LGW flight in morning and also Brighton. Excellent evening meal.

Details like room ceiling needs repainting, cracks in walls and shower grouting needs doing
