Loch Rannoch Hotel and Spa

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Good food.

Spa area a little tired.

Lovely location, views, very friendly staff and good games room and pool.

Restaurant staff seemed a bit stressed and a little rude due to this. Maybe they need a bit more help.

Location of hotel is lovely, looking over the Loch. Good parking although remember to register vehicle as it is monitored by cameras, room was a very nice size, very clean, and nice Nespresso coffee machine in room which was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice with a fairly good choice. The spa to the side of the hotel was very nice with a nice pool and sauna and steam room, which also has an adult only hour morning and night although had no issue in normal times. Certainly worth a visit!

Not a lot to dislike really, only a couple of small grumbles. After booking I was asked what time I would like to eat as they book up quickly at no point was, I told there was two options and although the bar restaurant was nice the other restaurant had a really nice menu which I would have loved to of eaten in but the option was never given? Strange as there was table available still? The other little thing was breakfast, along with other guests there could not really understand the logic thinking of supplying what could only be classed a side plate to try fit your full English breakfast on, just way too small and very silly. Many customers I heard complain about this and not sure why they do it this way?

Staff were friendly yet professional. Most comfortable stay. Great food; ate in all 3 nights. Excellent quality breakfasts.

Steam room bit erratic. A hot/spa tub would complement sauna/steam/pool experience.

We really enjoyed our stay, the food was good and the room very spacious. There are beautiful walks locally so we enjoyed those. The review form seems to assume this is a city destination but it is in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.

I don't remember asking for a quiet room in the booking, maybe I ticked a box by accident. However, the walls are thin and there was someone next door snoring very loudly and this kept us awake for a while. Nothing anyone can do about that though.

Excellent hôtel au bord du Loch, avec une vue magnifique. Une remarque particulière pour le lobby de l'hôtel qui dispose de jeu de société où nous avons passé de belles soirées autours d'un verre. Je recommande avec grand plaisir !
