"Excellent rapport qualité/prix/propreté/emplacement/quiétude des lieux"

Hôtel "dans son jus" pour ne pas dire d'époque ...mais tellement scotisch !!!! Le lobby/bar est top - le personnel super sympathique - les chambres et les parties communes très propres- l'emplacement face au loch est superbe.

La piscine est un peu vieillotte.

The location is terrific and the food in the main restraunt is superb. The staff are all wonderful. The bedrooms are large and well furnished.

The heated towel rail didn’t work and still hadn’t been fixed after two days.

"Carried by the location."

There was a pool as advertised.

Most of the staff where rude and unhelpful. Almost liked they looked down on us. My wife is south east Asian so I hope it isn't racism. Some staff where nice, but it seems the older females have grown bitter.

"Views of the loch were very lovely."

The room was very nice and comfortable. The historic stairway and art throughout were interesting. We took a short forest walk high up above the hotel and the long view of the loch was very spectacular.

There wasn’t a lot to do in the area.
