Lovely staff brillant room some view

Phantastische Lage! Innen klassisch, historisch. Echt Scotty. Zimmer schönes Ambiente, toller Flair. Essen sehr gut, toller service.

Perfect stay away, brilliant facilities

99.9% of the staff unbelievably amazing, so accomodating, great with our wee son and just so helpful. .... Which is why the Waiter at the brownie bar stood out so much. No communication, didn't have a clue about allergy advice for the menu, and then didn't bother to go find out when asked, instead just made it up on the spot, only to have food put down in front of us, and then he would change his mind and say no, not that actually! Very odd. Anyway, we laughed it off, and don't let it ruin our stay because the rest was magical.

Room was spacious and pleasant

Reception staff judged us on check in and presumed we wouldn't want dinner in the more exclusive restaurant. Asked doe more coffee pods for room and was informed housekeeping duty and had to wait till morning. Honestly felt we were an inconvenience for senior reception staff. Breakfast was average but poor communication as to what is available, had it set like a buffet style and unless asked guests were not informed of other options.

Location, room, breakfast all really goood.

The spa needed some decorative tlc.
