Really nice building. The restaurant was incredible. Had dinner there and then got breakfast included. Can’t rate the food highly enough. Room was small but quaint and very clean. Staff were all so lovely

Unfortunately our shower broke but the manager fixed it in a short time and accommodated us by taking drinks off our dinner bill. The walls are a bit thin so could hear the rickety staircase and people walking above us but otherwise no problems

It was a bit of a challenge getting a short term parking area to then pick up a parking permit and then the car park wasn’t near.

Staff were extremely helpful. Parking was great Not an easy thing to do in a small English town but they have it sorted out. Breakfast was really tasty

Facilities and breakfast were good

The room shouldn't be used as a bedroom, the window is above the exit at night and has very thin glass so can hear everyone leaving. The bed (head side) is below the stairs up to the next floor and from 6am people were walking up and down. It was a nightmare for getting any sleep due to both things

Location, staff, breakfast.

Price, heat, comfort. Terribly hot room. I had no fan although two other rooms booked did. Loud noise that continued until 3am. Dust across main beam. Booking.com refunded my money.
