Central and clean. Room was spotless

Very creaky, our room was directly under the stairs to second floor. Breakfast could have had basic options of fruit, yogurt etc. was hot or homemade granola offered which we didn’t enjoy.

Lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming. Bedroom and facilities fab. Enjoyed a meal at platos and fun quiz night. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend this venue and will definitely be back to enjoy more of Kirkby Lonsdale.

The building is lovely and perfectly located in a wonderful quaint old town centre. Everything was in easy walking distance. The welcome when we arrived was wonderful, the room beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and the shower is amazing (good). Excellent breakfast cooked to perfection. Finally a big round of applause for the free parking - seems to be very rare these days.

The parking (although paid for) is a bit of a nuisance being located a few minutes walk away. No problem for us but could be a bit awkward if you have limited mobility. Also the room was noisy in the early morning. To be expected in the middle of town so only mentioning here to manage expectations.
