We spent several days in Puerto Villarta with our two daughters. At this quaint hotel located a few miles outside of the city. The all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the gentlemen working at the front desk. I didn't know when we made reservations about the great restaurant that was on site as well. Taxi rides for shopping and restaurants downtown or old town were around $10. We had a great time exploring different places as well as some relaxing downtime.

No ice, no elevator, no restaurant, had to ask for more pillows and towels and front desk suggested we go to Sam’s club to buy some, rooms are very plain. Pool was hmmm we didn’t use it. Pictures feature a second pool that is not part of the property. Also bed bugs.

Absolutely amazing staff and location. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean and lovely. The hot tub on the balcony utterly luxurious. The restaurant underneath had good breakfasts at a fair price. All and all a wonderful time, I hope to return someday.

AUBeautiful views (like a postcard) spacious rooms. The location was a lovely neighbourhood, not too far from the Malecon. Lots of stairs and no elevators which was ok for us but not so good for someone with mobility issues.
Could have used a bit more toiletries e.g. conditioner, shower cap etc
CABeautiful location steps down to a nice interesting beach. Also close to Concha’s Chinas beach. The hot tub on deck was excellent! Great views from balcony to view the bay & fireworks.
Found the pool a little chilly so used the hot tub more!
