Washroom was not upto the expectations and room floor was broken in the middle

food is good and the restaurant in general is good room 107 was clean and good

they gave out private information to someone else who called and when we asked about it, the owner denied giving out any information while the front desk told someone called and asked for it. the male staff extremely sleepy and seems unhelpful room 103 was leaking when it rained and had holes in the bathroom the wifi in said room was also working only half the time

Nestled in a prime location, the property exuded an undeniable charm. Eager for a family vacation, we ventured there, only to find ourselves amidst an unexpected setting. The air was thick with the presence of inebriated individuals, and negative energies lingered, creating an unsuitable environment for families. Despite the room rate of 4900 + tax, the experience was far from worth it, leaving us longing for a more serene and welcoming retreat.

Everything. Too expensive for the facilities. Even the geyser in the room was not functional. The room had a weird smell.

Photos presented on booking.com differs with the reality. Renovation is required. Linen and rooms to be cleaned more throughly. Location of the hotel is on the top of the hill and in the place where the traffic is very tough. We asked the personnel to arrange a taxi to the airport. Taxi driver was one hour late. By chance we managed to be on time in the airport
