BEReally nice rooms, super clean, comfortable bed and a working clean warm shower. You get two mugs with a free water bottle and a boiler + tea to make some if you’d like. The staff is really welcoming and listening to your needs, I strongly recommend it.
If you eat there, the food price is quite high, you will be getting charged way too much compared to any other restaurant.

The hotel management weren't polite at all and they were charging extra amount for every single thing. so we moved to other hotel.

INBy seeing the price of the room we thought maybe its a nice hotel but we were wrong. They don’t have option of card payment,they didn’t give bathroom kit…No provision for breakfast although there’s written breakfast available and at the price of 200 per person nly bread butter is not worth. No hygiene is maintain in the room. The blankets stinks as we open the almirah. No professionalism is maintain in the behaviour of the manager.
INININININLocation of the hotel is very nice. It is a bit away from the market, which makes it quiet but still comfortably accessible if you have a vehicle. The staff is very cooperative. The owner herself came to help about our questions regarding the travel. They are very helpful. Food is excellent. I would stay at the same hotel if I visit Shillong again.
They are not early risers if you want to start your day early.
