The Living Roof

The view is nice from the hotel, the room is spacious and the food is great here. But the staff service is not that great as you call the property they don't pick up, which makes it difficult to navigate yourself to the hotel. Most of the things in the room don't work properly. There is a water problem in the bathroom. You won't get hot water because of the problem in the water system. Overall, it is a decent place to stay.

Had a very pleasant stay. The owners are present at the property to help with every small things. They helped with the itinerary and suggested us good places to explore. Will definitely recommend to stay at this cozy place.the staff is friendly and cooperative.

Had the most pleasant experience at this tastefully done hotel. The food was amazing especially the cutlet and the pizza . The property is small with just seven rooms and that adds to the charm of the place. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly. The cherry on top is that the property is pet friendly with a resident dog - such a loveable girl, Lassi! She made our stay EXTRA warm and fun. Would love to visit and stay again!

We booked a room to stay after looking at online pictures. The room is exactly the same as in the pics. The decor is simple and nice, the cafe is happening and fun. Owners seemed genuinely concerned, polite and friendly. But the staff needs to be trained well and their system needs overhaul.

Now coming to issues beneath the hood. 1. We found a cockroach in our food 2. Electric points and TV weren't working 3. Low pressure water and small capacity geyser in the bathroom 4. Room service is bad. The staff is pushy and forgetful
