Narayan Niwas Castle

This place is an amazingly preserved heritage property and we had a wonderful stay. Our room was incredible, food was some of the best we've had in India served by welcoming staff. Got a great tour of the havelis from Rajesh at a decent price - he is very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful peaceful place, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Nothing! People should bear in mind the age of the property when booking - not the most accessible place but a unique stay for those looking for an authentic taste of India.

Beautiful heritage room with terrace, delicious food, great service and very Kind people.

It's an incredible " time machine" experience... seeped in history and fabulous traditions of hospitality.

The general upkeep can be better... housekeeping is average .

The castle is very impressive. The talks with the owners at the bonfire are very interesting. We also really liked to walk through the village, and see all the boys with the kites. Very different from the big cities.

This place is simply magical! A travel in the history of Rajasthan! The hospitality of the owners and the kindness of the whole staff are remarkable. 16 years after a first journey, the pleasure to stay here remains intact. A wonderful dinner prepared by an excellent cook: the best of our trip in Rajasthan! Travellers, a journey here will remain an unforgettable highlight of your trip.
