Great location and everyone was friendly and helpful

All good. We went B&B - eating at hotel in evening wasn't great value but they tried to help us with keeping costs ok.

Staff very helpful, especially Luca who helped booked husky sledging for us and went out of his way to always help. Location great, transfers to the gondola etc included. Breakfast was very good and speedy

Showers aren’t amazing and the hot tubs were too cold. No swimming pool in the spa area and we thought there was.

Hotel had just the best staff - makes a massive difference. Room size was amazing for a ski hotel. Ski boot room and seperate ski room was amazing - best I've ever used. Shuttle to lift was quick and efficent

Some of the mattresses could be upgraded to memory foam but they were firm enough. Bathrooms need upgrading. Cervinia does not have fibre from the valley so wifi in the hotel and everywhere is limited - it's radio signal. So get a good roaming plan as the 5G signal is great
