Staff are very accomplished and the suite was nice and cabin like with wood panelling.

The smoking area is directly underneath the window of the room thus unless you want a continual stream of cigarette smoke entering your room, you can’t have your windows open. Seems like a pretty obvious error in placing the smoking area at the front of the hotel for the smoke to waft into all of the rooms overlooking the front and the great Mountain views. Breakfast wasn’t great, lacked variety.

Hotel in great location near ski lifts. Lovey warm comfortable room (suite). Very friendly staff especially Luca who was so helpful. Very laid back relaxed atmosphere. Lovely spa.

Breakfast was lovely but would have appreciated more options for vegans. No vegan hot food available, pastries or yoghurt.

Bathrooms clean and spacious but a little dated

The hotel and location were great, but what really made this place stand out was the absolutely amazing service from all of the staff. Never have been treated better elsewhere and we travel a lot! Would highly recommend this as a stay. Especially for a ski holiday.

Service in the hotel was outstanding and very friendly !! Helped with our snow chains. The restaurant also had a vegan menu and was very helpful with our requests.Storage of ski equipment was very well arranged and good assortiment of rental equipment. Hotel also has a minibus service to the ski lifts. The spa & sauna and relax area were also great.
