Sertorelli Sporthotel

Every staff member we met was fantastic, especially Luca, who was always very helpful. The room was also very nice with a jacuzzi tub, the spa was great, and the services of the van delivering us directly to the ski lift.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing that wowed us.

Great staff. Good shuttle service to ski lifts. Convenient location. Good ske storage area.

Breakfast was poor. Food often left for several days and bad quality (e.g. cakes). Rooms didn't have basic amenities such as kettle, cups, tea, etc. We had to ask for it and they provided. We expected more for the price. We tried to check-out earlier as wife was feeling unwell in the room (trouble breathing), but owner refused to give us a refund on compassionate grounds. Really disappointed in the owner but the other staff were great.
