The location is very good and the look of the rooms and balcony is also very nice. The staff is very humble and friendly.

The best thing about the property is that lal chowk is absolutely near, and you need no shikara to get into the houseboat, there is a small little garden which you will see nowhere else and the rooftop in the night looks stunning you can spend the whole night in meditation there

The location of this property is spot-on, Lal chowk which the heart of Srinagar is just few footsteps away, the rooms are very spacious and the view from the rooftop is amazing, you can spents days togather without getting bored

The experience has always been wonderful, the kind of scenic beauty that I experience is what attracts me to this place more and more, Younis(owner) is working so hard on this property to make it more and more comfortable. This place is and should be recommended to everyone. Cheers

Nice stay

The owner of the houseboat, Mr. Younus was very welcoming and helpful. The houseboat staff were amazing too. The breakfast was literally top-notch. The houseboat was very neat and clean. We went there on our Eid vacation. We had such a nice stay there. The environment around the houseboat was very calm too, far away from the noisy places of the city. I would highly recommend Houseboat Karima Palace to other people.

He is fraud. Nothing to like about it.

The owner refused our entry into the hotel. Although our stay was confirmed. And we showed up all the way from Punjab to Srinagar. He lied that it has been canceled and demanded double fee if we want to stay. NOT ATT ALL RECOMMENDED.
