Well the best thing in this hotel is the staff great staff especially sara always smiling and very helpful isrea and nour they are great too this in reception and mahdi mohamed akram ali thanks for all of you guys love to be there again

We had a very lovely stay at Shanasheel Palace Hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Without us even asking, they sent juice to our room on the house. We requested a late check-out, and they told us we could leave anytime. When we needed a taxi, they generously offered us free fare to our destination. The entire receptionist team (Ms. Sara, Mr. Ali, and Ms. Nor) assisted us with everything we needed.  Mr. Mahdi at the breakfast buffet was very hospitable and provided outstanding service, and served us coffee whenever we asked for it. Thanks to Mr. Islam, who was cleaning our room—he was very helpful.

The staff are excellent, very helpful and polite. It was the first time in Iraq and they made us feel very comfortable, especially Sara and Islam. They go above and beyond.

Nothing notable
