A great hotel for visitors to Baghdad in an excellent central location. Value for money is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful, and speak very good English. The rooms are smart, comfortable and clean, and of a much higher standard than those familiar with Baghdad hotels would expect for the price. Breakfast was very good, and the staff even took care of me after I had checked out, while I worked in the hotel's business room for a few hours, and I was provided with tea and cake. A very pleasant stay.

Overall, I had a positive experience with the general services provided by the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, although some maintenance issues need attention. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel's location is not ideal in terms of cleanliness and comfort. If considering future stays, I believe the hotel should consider lowering their prices considering the mentioned issues related to location and maintenance. With improvements in these areas, I would be more inclined to give them a rating of 7.5 out of 10.
