Jaguarundi Jungle Lodge - Monteverde

Alicia on the front desk was one of the most helpful members of staff I've come across in a hotel before - she helped us with all of our queries, booked tours for us, booked transportation for us. She is exceptional! The room was great, the grounds were beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. The location is great - 2 minute walk from the town. Drop off and pick up was arranged for activities that were outside of the town (at no/very little cost). Would highly recommend.

Very minor, but breakfast finished a little earlier than expected (9am). The breakfast finished at 10am in most of the other places we stayed at in Costa Rica so this caused a bit of a rush on our first day there, but by no means a big issue.

Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. The gardens and forest around the property are beautiful to walk around. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily.

Jungle setting but 2 mins from the town. Very peaceful. Beautiful lodges cleaned each day. Modern rain shower. Large bedroom with 2 Queen beds. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast taken at Sister Hotel was plentiful with lots of choice.

There wasn't anything I could fault with the accommodation.
