Dampfsauna funktioniert nicht gut.

Il cappuccino fatto da loro e non dà una macchina automatica, centrifuga di frutta espressa ma la macchina da cambiare in quanto molto rumorosa, vista panoramica.

Si dichiarano hotel 4 stelle e chiedono almeno 300€ a notte ma : la reception non è coperta H24 e ogni volta devi aspettare che qualcuno si affacci alla reception se hai bisogno di qualcosa; le ciabatte non gli trovi in camera e se non gli chiedi espressamente, loro non ti chiedono se hai bisogno; collazione minimal con affettati , yogurt, un po' di semi, cornetti surgelati altrimenti una torta di mele fatta forse da loro, frutta fresca. Perché non trovare torta saraceno, strudel, dolci tipici tirolesi e non cornetti piccoli surgelati...il personale alla colazione è gentile e cortese ma non sono formati nel salutare la gente quando arrivano al ristorante ma solo quando arrivano al tavolo, cose basilari...la reception deludente nonostante siano i titolari, gentilezza fredda, molto da imparare sull'accoglienza dell cliente e non gli interessa capire come hai soggiornato, se hai feedback da dare per capire dove migliorare... inoltre se si ha una richiesta al personale, non si dice a voce alta di fronte ai ospiti ma si prende il personale in disparte e si chiede in modo privato... ovviamente qui è anche questione di educazione oltre che professionalità. Premetto che sostegno a pieno che ogni albergatore è libero di chiedere la tariffa che richiede giusta ma allo stesso tempo deve essere anche all'altezza di quanto chiede...con gente che non se ne intendo servizio, sicuramente può andare il loro atteggiamento, ma chi se ne intende lascia molto a desiderare...
