Actually one little comment: more coffee sticks in the hotel room. We bought them ourselves in the supermarket close to the hotel. We asked for more but the policy was ONE coffee stick in a TWO people bedroom. Somewhat funny 😄 Again; a small details the would make the stay a 10 points. Thanks and bis zum nächsten!

We would call this the best accommodation in our entire travel history! We wonder how this accommodation can only have 4 stars, it should definitely be at least 5 or 6 stars. We enjoyed our stay from A-Z and would like to spend more time there. Dog-friendly accommodation, against the background of European prices, expensive for a dog stay, but this is offset by the gifts provided for the dogs and the rest is for staying in the hotel! And it was absolutely worth to pay it for this kind of service! The hotel has a fantastic interior, thought out to every detail, we had never seen such a perfectly executed design! Everything was thought of. Modern and the smell when approaching the hotel door and throughout the hotel was very pleasant, in addition it created a high-class feeling. Parking is available in some spaces at the hotel entrance and some in the underground parking lot, included in the price, no separate payment required. The hotel is equipped with an elevator, a modern entrance and easy access to all floors, parking. At the garage door there is a stand for dogs with poop bags. Very handy! We were even more surprised by the breakfast, because they have reserved tables for guests by name, served by a waiter and rich, really delicious dishes! We rarely enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, and, moreover, with a view of the mountains! If you're not impressed enough, the hotel has a large, really modern SPA area, and an outdoor hot tub, set outside with a view of the mountains, in a very well-kept and landscaped backyard. The SPA area is accessed by elevator, and you can immediately hear the sounds of nature's birds before entering the area. As I said, everything has been thought of! Every step in this hotel surprised us! And I can't help but mention - the hotel had a fantastic, kind staff, very responsive! They offered to carry our bags, help us, and showed us the room themselves, without making us look for it. TOP CLASS! Thank you

Very welcoming staff, great atmosphere in all the hotel spaces. Extremely cozy with a touch of design but without loosing the connection with the mountain feel. Nice spa facilities, easy access to the slopes and to the village. Rooms are fantastic as you wake up with the best mountain view.
