USNothing, imagine landing at the middle of the night, wanting to just check-in and crash, and then they tell you they won't honor your booking.
They did not honor booking, told me this booking is not valid and only option i would have it would be to cancel on my end. They refused to cancel on their end. Hence booking.com also charged me 1 days worth of cancellation fee, that im yet to get back. At first they said they were fully booked, and hence could not honor booking. Which was a lie, because later they said they can't honor it because i paid with Credit Card, and they wanted cash. (Mind you, there was no option to pay on site). Then they said they have room, and can show be we would have to pay cash and also at a much higher rate than what was booking on booking.com. Lastly, i did have a look at the room and it was not good, looked run down, and there are much better hotels nearby and similar price range if you look around a little more. In the ended i decided not to stay there, with all the shady practices they had going on with regards to the booking.
