スタッフのサービスがとても良くて、気さくで仲良くしてくれる方が多かったです

しけった匂いと、暖房設備の古さ、アメニティのなさがきになりました。

The location is great. Walking distance to the lifts, parking across the street. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The family room was sufficiently spacious for us with a large closet. The staff put our the bedding for us and brought us a small table that was very useful. The heater warmed up the room. The onsen was very small but there were not a lot of guests using it so it was sufficient and the cleanliness and water quality were very good. The gear rental was available and the staff were very helpful.

The heater in our room needed to be turned back on periodically during the night and you need to check the quality of the ski gear if you rent from them as it is generally acceptable quality for beginners / intermediate skiers.

The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the ski resort, and the drying room was very useful for drying ski gear after a day on the slopes. In addition, both dinner and breakfast were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, adding great value to the overall experience.

ご飯は美味しかった。

部屋がホコリが多くてカビの匂いが服についてしまい中々洗濯しても取れなかったです。

立地が良い

隣の部屋のいびきや話し声が聞こえる。きしみ音がすごい

スタッフさん達は皆明るく、楽しい雰囲気で過ごすことができました。料理はコース風に順番に持ってきてもらえ、温かいご飯で美味しかったです。

女性用の風呂がとても寒かったです。
