スタッフの方の対応が細やかで、すばらしかったです。

The overall experience is great. The service, including hospitality, food, and location, is good. We enjoyed the food there. The meals were delicious and came with rice and bread. Owner Shota and staff Tsubasa were very friendly, kind and always helped solve any problems. We had a great time here. 😊

The snowboard/ski room has ice on the ground.

Location is great. That is all that was good

Not getting what we paid for. Our booking.com description of the room was 2 Beds and 2 Futons. There were no beds, just Futons. This is not what we paid for. The Futons had stains and spots of mold on them. The room smelt mouldy and of kerosene because the only heater for our room is a kerosene heater. Some of our clothes still smell of the room a month afterwards. My wife was getting headaches and we realised it was probably from the kerosene heater in an enclosed room. I used the google translate on the heaters instructions and it specifically says to ventilate the room twice an hour! Food was bad and we gave up on it. Example of the food was: serving of boiled rice, 1 lettuce leaf and a very small piece of white fish (which I am sure was just a frozen fish fillet).

员工很和善，比较好沟通，住宿离五龙雪场非常近，堪比滑进滑出，周边往村子里散步景色非常漂亮。有个小的共用浴室（分男女部），热水非常冲，滑完雪泡个热水澡真的很舒服。

空调取暖设施过于陈旧（可能使用煤油做为媒介），房间很小且里面（包括接待厅）弥漫着浓重的煤油味，呛得人无法安睡，员工提供的服务时间有限（上午7:00-11:00，下午15:00-21:00)，非此时间段无人提供服务，4人间有两个床位在阁楼上，而登上阁楼需要爬垂直的梯子，对于年龄大、肥胖、腿脚不灵便的人上下阁楼比较危险。收费早餐及晚餐同周边的酒店同价但性价比不高，量少品种也少。酒店WIFI网络慢如牛车（整个周边和雪场的信号也非常差），在这里租赁雪具虽然便宜，但是雪具的品质及成色都非常差，可以肯定雪具平日完全不做保养。免费饮用水需要在提供服务时间索取，否则无人提供。住宿3晚房间一次都没有打扫过。
