対応がとても丁寧で、食事も雰囲気よくおいしくいただけました。 ゲレンデも近く　コスパもとてもいいと思います。

スタッフによる施設利用に関する説明が少ない点。 飲食物の持ち込みが不可でかつ罰金システムにもかかわらず、事前に説明がなかった点。 入浴可能時間が短い点。 タオルや歯ブラシ等メジャーなアメニティが皆無な点。 部屋間の音が聞こえやすい点。 食事に関する説明がわかりにくい点。 電波が悪く通信環境が好ましくない点。 事前にメッセージで連絡が取れるシステムであったが、円滑に情報が得られなかった点。

The location is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

You can only shower between the hours of 3pm and 9pm. The heaters smell. Everything is very old.

The location is awesome for access to Iimori Resort. A short walk gets you to the snow school and chairlifts. If you don’t have a car then you can organise breakfast and dinner on site otherwise opt for Uber to get into the village. The owner and staff were polite and helpful.

The price was very excessive for the service provided and when I compare with multiple other accommodation stays in Japan including three others in the ski areas. Staff were unfriendly and not helpful with requests. No towels were provided (including no towels in the bathing area) and all that was on offer was a very small flannel size towel for which they wanted to charge a further payment. The facilities were old, the beds and pillows uncomfortable.

Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Very good English speaking
