歩絵夢の森 Pension Poem no mori

The location is excellent. That is the main reason for being there. The staff is lovely and friendly. It was good to have the breakfast and dinner provided. Breakfast is simple - eggs, ham, a small piece of fruit and bread. It was good that we could order more bread. We were able to have tea and coffee refills. Dinner was a rotation of pork one night and chicken the next day. The rooms are small but were warm and the beds were good. The bathrooms are communal/ female section and male section - Japanese style - the hot tube was good after skiing and fits 3 people comfortably. No room has a bath or toilet - that are shared. They were kept clean. The value of the place comes with the location to the ski fields - 5 minutes walk - with a great family ski hire up the road at Funaru Ski Hire. The young owner has just taken over from his father so I think he will try and make updates.

The dinner option is limited especially if you don't eat chicken or meat. I had to get fish for the main - it was small. There is no communal area - they are trying to create a small lounge area - but it was cold. We got told the skis weren't worth hiring (at least they were honest) so we went up the road to Funaru ski hire.

食事はコース料理で美味しいく、スタッフの皆さんは若くイキイキしていて居心地良かった。

洋室だと思っていたが和室で部屋が狭くて寝るだけの場所だった。

スタッフがとにかく優しかった！ 数メートル先にある宿泊施設より、5万も安かった！ しかも、食事付きで助かった！ スキー場から近い！ 浴室がある！ ロフトは、子供たちが喜んでいました！

とにかくカメムシ。 一泊でお部屋から追い出したカメムシ10匹以上。廊下に転がってたカメムシも多数。
