Honestly, I cannot understand how this hotel can claim to be five-star. During my stay, it was practically impossible to rest. There was constant noise throughout the entire night — clattering and disturbing sounds coming from somewhere I couldn’t even identify. It may have been the ventilation system, street noise, or neighboring rooms, but the soundproofing is virtually non-existent. Street noise and sounds from adjacent rooms are clearly audible. The bathroom design is particularly problematic and even unsafe. Water from the shower flows freely across the entire bathroom floor, with no proper barrier to contain it. After showering, the floor becomes extremely slippery and potentially dangerous. The building and furnishings feel very worn and outdated. The hotel overall appears old and poorly maintained. The only positive aspect I can mention is the kitchen — the food quality was good. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. In terms of both value for money and overall standard, it does not meet five-star expectations at all.
