Staff well trained, food exceptional, 24/7 in room dining definitely a bonus.

Bit of a distance from the main attractions and the Ganges river but rickshaws are easily available outside.

Неплохое расположение в центре города, до гатов ехать 15-20 минут в зависимости от трафика. Сам отель очень приличный, номер достаточно просторный, хорошо оборудован, в том числе и санузел, есть все необходимое. Удобные кровати и подушки. Вайфай рабочий. Разнообразный завтрак - есть не только индийская еда, на ужин выбор еще больше, еда вкусная.

На первом этаже в первый день пахло канализацией.

"Good location, great food, but tariff does not reflect the quality of the service"

Location is excellent. The hotel is in the cantonment area of Varanasi, on a road lined with other hotels and a large mall just 2 mins down the road which you can walk to. The room sizes were large and the bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The front desk staff and dining staff were excellent and polite and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and meet our requirements. The especially liked the breakfast and the restaurant had varied options as well for a sit-down dinner or in-room dining.

1. The cleaning staff kept interrupting during the day to bring water or towels, which they could have provided when cleaning the room itself. It was pretty annoying as they did that every single day. 2. The hotel's taxi charges were astronomical. We ended up booking external taxis, rather than book through the hotel 3. The price of the rooms is comparable to the Taj Group of Hotels, but their overall service is nowhere close to the Taj.

Советую всем! Лучшая кухня, есть ВСЕ блюда на любой вкус. Просторный, чистый номер. Есть ванная и душ. Внимательный персонал. Точно вернусь сюда!
