"Mooi hotel met goed restaurant als het zwembad open is"

Fijn hotel, goed restaurant en fijne traveldesk en mooi aquarium

We hadden het hotel speciaal geboekt vanwege het zwembad. Eerste dag was het zwembad gesloten vanwege onderhoud, tweede dag was er 7 man bezig om ramen rond het zwembad te plaatsen en lag er veel gruis rond en in het zwembad en we hadden niet het gevoel dat men hef fijn vond dat we in het water waren.

1. Hotel reception staff during check out were extremely impolite and non cooperative. 2. Hotel charged for a meal that was rejected and not even touched. There was clear instructions given to prepare meal according to certain specifications which were not adhered to and kitchen staff acknowledged that mistake. Yet managed made no efforts to forgo the charges levied.
