"Rooms are good but does not live up to the mark when it comes to food and staff behaviour."

One of the senior members was very accommodating and allowed a late checkout as the flight had been cancelled. The room was nice and spacious.

Food is not at all up to the mark. very bland and tasteless. Some junior staff at the reception just stood with a blank face, not able to respond to any query. Booked a transport to the Airport. On the way, the driver informed that the AC was not functioning so had to go in a car without AC, and uncomfortable.
