K D PALACE - Heritage Hotel On Fort

Great hospitality, very warm and friendly staff, went the extra mile wherever possible They made custom food for our baby and were available as needed. The property is amazingly pretty and right in the middle of all the exciting stuff happening in the fort. The rooftop restaurant has great views, and you can enjoy the sunset from there.

While the rooms and furnishings are brand new, I had an issue with the hot water faucet in the shower in my room. It was difficult to set it at the right temperature.

What a beautiful place!! Modern but in a wonderful restored historic building. The views are amazing, the locationis perfect, the rooms spacious and clean, the food excellent and the staff exceptional and welcoming. Our flight got cancelled so we arrived a day late. So even without asking they amended our booking without any charges. That was so nice. They also organised the airport pick up and a city guide and gave us very helpful information. It was the best hotel of our Indian journey! Enjoy it. We will certainly come back!

A little breakfast menu would be nice (just to better understand what's available). But apart from that it's perfect !

My stay at the Kd Palace was exceptional. The location is ideal, close to the center of the Fort, bht more importantly Vijayanant and the rest of the staff were unusually welcoming and helpful in so many ways. The facilities were of a very high level in quality, cleanliness and comfort, with a real bathroom, and so far the very finest I've experienced in India. I highly recommended the KD Palace for your Jaisalmer visit.

Stay at KD Palace was a unique experience. The hotel is inside the Jaisalmer Fort area. A 3-4mins walk to the Museum and the Jain Mandir. The hotel gives a picturesque view of the Raja Mahal and a beautiful sunrise over the fort. Rajeev was just great. He was with us along the stay and made sure we comfortable at every step including check-in, see the places around and even negotiated cab rides on over behalf. Given it was a family member's birthday, Rajeev had setup a private dining area including cake and birthday decoration. As the hotel is in the fort area, getting bags to and back from the Palace hotel can be tricky. Rajeev anticipated this and made arrangements to ensure we were able to commute comfortably. From the terrace you get an 360 degree view of the city. I would recommend spending time there.

Everything was just amazing.

Pristine modern facilities built in the classic Haveli style. The location inside the fort added to the whole experience . Staff and management went out of their way to make it feel like home .

Nothing to dislike

We had an exceptional stay here and brought best memories home. The location of the hotel coulndt be better in the heart of the fort. The hotel itself was very new and extremely clean. The service from the hotel manager and the staffs were at its best in the industry. The view from the rooftop and our balcony were amazing, rooms spacious and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant offers very good vegetarian food and mindblowing views at sunrise and sunset time.
