Look good from the outside but room are more then basic

Room was old , bed not comfortable, 1 sheet per bed, area in the back with no patio furniture , no chairs, no point to have this big space if you can’t do anything in there. Blow dryer from the 80’s

Amazing view. Facility fully booked but plenty of space. Not crowded at all.

The road in was a bit windy and the selection at breakfast could have been a bit better.

Spectacular views, hardly gets any better in western Sicily. The rooms are fantastic: spacious, new and of high standard in all aspects I can think of (never had such a seamless mobile2tv casting!). Dinner was excellent, but what will stick with me are breafasts - GREAT coffee and very decent choice of anything one could expect in a 4 star hotel. It may not be Kempinsky or FourSeasons due to more casual entourage but surely it's classy (and juice tastes like juice, unlike sweet cartoon crap you often encounter even in so called 'high end' hotels).

Nothing really. My stays were short, so I can't quite tell how it feels after a week or two. While not absolutely mandatory, I would say you probably need a car to feel connected with the outside world.
