The location was good Fragrance inside and cleanliness of the rooms and lobby was exceptional The host was good and helpful

The room itself was really clean and nice and staff really friendly. It was value for money and we had a good night's rest. The Manager is 'au fait' with the area and have good local knowledge and advice. Try Sajiat Al Janoob Restaurant for dinner - absolutely fantastic (obviously busy) but worth every JD.

The bathroom was small and in our room we struggled with the shower. Breakfast was plain but I guess for the price that is reasonable. Expected a 'real' hotel, but it is actually rooms upstairs with a central kitchen when measured against European standards. Be mindful of the stairs as there are no railings to prevent kids from falling/injury.

Over Mountains Hotel near Petra is conveniently located close to the town center and easily accessible by car. The hotel provides good value, with clean, comfortable rooms, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The host was very friendly and helpful, making it a great choice for visiting Petra.

Good communication with the staff, regarding breakfast/dinner timings, arrival times etc. Rooms on the other side would have been better. Room was clean, breakfast was decent. Friendly and knowledgeable owners who helped explain some itineraries to see Petra over a few days. It was very beneficial to have a car as Petra is very hilly, and it would have been a not so fun walk to the restaurants/Petra entrance. There was a mini mart below the guesthouse so that was nice.

Our room was right beside the kitchen area, so we could hear everything very early in the morning on the days we were not waking up as early. The shower was either scalding hot, or freezing. Couldn't seem to get a mix between the two. The handle to the bathroom was broken/kept falling out. The chairs in the dining area seemed a bit wobbly, could use with some tightening.

The hosts are very generous and welcoming. The location is close to almost all the facilities. Feel at home environment

I really enjoy my stayed in this place, the host Ahmad is very helpful. The location is amazing with a great view towards the city.
