無可挑剔的服務和窩心的微笑！ 有很多方面都是意料之外的體驗。 1. 雖然是雙床房間但額外還有附和室，房間空間十分寬裕還有床可以選睡，我們三人家庭待得很舒服 2. 所有員工都非常和有禮貌，尤其是餐廳裡的老員工十分的親切，雖然言語不通我們還是能感受到他們的熱情和投入！ 3. 櫃檯有會說英語的服務員，她是萬能的員工，櫃檯、餐廳、小賣部她都要幫忙，非常喜歡她！ 4. 飯店有提供雪具租用，非常便宜沒煩惱！ 5. 一宿兩泊很划算，每天晚餐都有點變化充滿特色和驚喜，吃了四個晚上也不膩！ 6. 飯店坐落在高天原滑雪場剛好也是志賀中央區的正中間面對東館山，ski in / ski out 很方便。能力足夠還可以去一之瀨、西館山、發哺滑雪場，不用買All mountain 劵也能滑3-4天。 超級想再來！

Sunny Shiga was a typical Japanese style ski hotel. We love the Japanese rooms (have skied in Japan manay times) and the onsen downtairs was excellent. Right across the road from a couple of lifts making it simple to ski the extent of the Shiga Kogen connected resorts. Great value for money too. If you have expectations of a western experience, then maybe look eslewhere, but if you love a propoer Japanese style ski accommodation, consider Sunny Shiga.

We chose halfboard (breakfast and dinner) which I highly recommend in Shiga Kogen. Our meals were great, but after a few nights felt a little same-ish. But other than that lots of tasty food, ate way too much. It wonldn't stop us staying here again.

温泉水有点过热

The hotel was a short 2 min walk to the ski lodge and lift - absolutely perfect! It was also right next to the bus stop where we were picked up by the Nagano express. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The facilities are old and outdated (our shower wasnt working so it was considered a room without a bathroom). But everything is clean.
