Excellent location - right opposite ski lift.

We liked the proximity to ski lifts and that breakfast and dinner were included. Made things a lot easier. We also liked there was an onset onsite.

The hotel needs to be updated a littlle. The rooms need new windows to block out the noise at night. There are snow clearing machines that work every night and they are extremely loud. if you have any of the rooms facing the street, it is very difficult to sleep when the machinery is working. The ski rentals onsite have very old equipment.

ロケーションが良い。必要なものは全て揃っていた。併設のレンタルスキーが1日3点セットで1200円、ランチもカレーやラーメンが800円と格安でした。英語対応可能なスタッフもいました。

食事が日常と変わらないレベルでした。各階廊下にあるWi-Fiの電波が部屋にはあまり届かず。大浴場のサウナが使えない理由が、コロナの影響と説明がありました。

Location was great, only a few steps from Takamahagara lifts. Though if you're there in winter and prefer quiet night, ask for a room on the opposite side as the grooming machines and snow plows can be very loud in early morning. The included breakfast and dinner are nice with a good variety. Each dinner has a different personal table-cooked dish such as hot pot.

The laundry room was a disaster. The washing machines are fine, though two cost ¥100 and the other two ¥200 without any discernable differences. There were 4 dryers, one was broken outright, two didn't dry anything after 1.5 hours (¥100 for 30 minutes) including one that looks the newest. The only one that worked still took 1.5 hours to dry a moderate load, and there was no clear instructions on cleaning the lint screen mounted on the back of the machine.
