Staff really very kind. Comfortable bed. Nice view from the room. Good breakfast with variety of food. Parking always available. Annexed sky rental with room charging.

"Amazing hotel with breakfast, dinner, and onsen."

We had an amazing time in Hakuba and Hotel Hakuba was one of the reasons why. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent and having its own onsen was fantastic.
