The public hot-spring bath is available from 05:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 01:00 (next day). Please note, the outdoor swimming pool is available between May and October. Guests without a meal plan who want to eat dinner at the hotel must make a reservation at least 2 day in advance. Kaiseki, a traditional multi-course Japanese meal will be served for guests with a half board inclusive plan. If you are arriving later than 18:00, please inform the property in advance. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact the property directly for more details. Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box. "A clam and peaceful stay with the hotel. Hot spring is also good!"

We had our breakfast in the restaurant with a beautiful scene. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Especially we love the honey (from local Japan) as offer in the breakfast buffet. Our family like the honey a lot. Also the Japanese style breakfast and the bread are all good.

We are a bit disappointed with the dinner. We chose one Japanese style and one Italian style for 2 nights' stay. The taste is not as expected. Especially the fried fish we had for the Italian dinner which is not easy to eat by the kids. The location and services of both restaurants are good though.

Great view, onsen and restaurants.

The rooms are old and dirty. Except for one super helpful man, the other male staff are pretty useless. They couldn't even follow their own schedule with cleaning.

I arrive hotel late, the staff take me to the restaurant directly when we just arrive the hotel. And wait us finished dinner to do Check-in! And bring us up to our room, very very good service !! And the staff give good suggestions for us to visit famous spot around the area !!

Wonderfully maintained property, lovely views, friendly staff. Good food - breakfast, Japanese and Western. Loved the fact that the hotel picked me from and to the train station, and also brought me to Tore Tore market. Lovely onsen views too.

Would have been nice if they offered a pick-up or drop off to the Sandanbeki Cliffs and Senjojiki platform. Heh.

"Great onsen and golf trip"

Big and clean room, huge outdoor onsen for my room type, conveniently located next to a golf course which is 1 min by foot

Dinner and breakfast less delicate compare to other onsen hotels of the same price range
