The toilet/wash room is too small. No connecting rooms for big family

The setting of the hotel is great as a retreat and relaxing with the fantastic sea views, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the onsen is a great facility especially the infinity pool.

We couldn't work out what everyone does all day as there is nowhere much to chill, whilst there was seating it either wasn't comfortable for a long lounge or there wasn't many seats as if designed for aesthetic not for use. Outside the onsen for example could be a great lounging area. Booking meals in the restaurant seemed to be a big deal and wasn't straightforward.

Relaxing and the staff is friendly.

The other costumer (chinese) is not following the rules and it's not comfortable for the other costumers

The staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel provides shuttle bus service to pick you up and send you somewhere you want to visit. This was really helpful for our trip. The view is just exceptional if you get the sea view rooms.

The hotel is quite old. For Japanese style room, the air conditioner is not very cooling and my partner found mold when he was trying to adjust the fan. During breakfast, I also found mold on my cherry tomato and on the rice cooker. That was not a nice experience. May be a coincidence but I stayed for two nights and both days I had stomach problem after breakfast. Also the location is quite high on the mountain(which gives a fantastic view). But there’s not really a walkway for pedestrians. So be prepared to be dependent on the hotel’s shuttle bus service or drive yourself.

Nice onsen. Lovely views. Free shuttle bus to train station. Has an outdoor pool. Restaurants x 2 on-site. Lovely staff.

Very Comfortable room, good spring water, hotel in a very quiet place with beautiful views. There is a mini bar/library in hotel.

Food is not just so so.
