I didn’t like . I tell them I gonna check in 5am earlier . When I reach there the next day . Nobody at the counter serve me . I waited until 7am . They tell me no more room?

I mean if you don’t have room. Please don’t let me book ! And why does the hotel not 24h standby receptionist .

"Never Again!!!"

Location and price were ok

Manager tells me upon arrival that they canceled my booking and gave away my room. Then they get us into a room, we wake up the next morning and no water is working in our room. We asked for an extra 30 min for checkout and the manager refuses and states that we will be charged extra if we are not out by noon. Once we are leaving the manager is exceptionally rude to me and my family and has the road half blocked on that side of the street and is prohibiting our van from leaving.
