Почти всё

1) Душевая кабинка протекала и после душа на полу была лужа; 2) за всё время проживания, после уборки не пополнялись одноразовые мыло и шампунь; 3) торшер не работал 4) отопления в номере не было, а кондиционер не работал на тепло и в номере было очень холодно!

Расположение, молодые парни официанты были любезны.

1. Отель достаточно старый с 2008 года и по мебели это заметно. Кран брызгал в разные стороны, вдоль душевой черный налёт, бокал и ложки были плохо промыты. Цена, как будто не соответствует качеству. 2. Абсолютно равнодушный и не приветливый персонал на ресепшене!!! Лицо гостиницы сразу вызвало разочарование. 3. На ужине были вкусные только супы, мясо на жаровне, к сожалению было варёное и с привкусом. 4. Бассейн был чистый, возможно обновлённый, вода прохладная. Сауна чуть тёплая, погреться не удалось((( хотя на улице было -20.
