Sea View Resort

Schöne Umgebung, gepflegt mit sehr schönem Garten. Lage direkt am Meer. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Comfortable stay

Aan de overkant van het resort is een strand. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk. Verder een eenvoudig en klein 'resort'. Een aanrader als je in de buurt van Batticalo wilt verblijven met toegng tot strand en zee!

Er is geen eten of drinken verkrijgbaar

This is a very friendly hotel to stay in. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gardens are lovely and its across the road from the beach. I would recommend this hotel.

Not too many restaurants close by, but are within 15 min walking distance.

Wow!!! Magnifique chambre/cabane privé... directement sur la plage (20 pas et tu y es) . L'hôte est super gentil. C'était extremement propre et beau. Rien a dire, tout était parfait!

Ganz ruhige Ecke, 50 m vom Strand, herrlich nach dem trubeligen Batticaloa. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer, liebevoll gestalteter Garten, sehr gutes Frühstück... gerne wieder

we arrived after dark so didn’t get to enjoy the view until the following morning ! The chalet style cabin was great , enough space , clean and comfortable. Host was charming and helpful . Although the cabin was close to the road ( there is a road small between the property and the beach ) it was not at all noisy as little traffic . the gardens of the property are beautifully kept and it was clear that it was importantly to the hose that his guests are content . the beach across the road is lovely but ( and this is our only negative point, and not the hosts fault at all !) there is a fair amount of litter in this stretch of coastline . We followed the road to its end at the point where there is a small wooded area and a great vista to see the sea in one side meeting the lagoon river . You can see the lighthouse as well . In the evening / nighttime you can watch the fisherman standing in the water casting their nets by light in the lagoon to catch prawn and fish .

Excellent guesthouse on a magnificent and quiet beach.
