The staff were super helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing and in plenty supply. The breakfast was enormous!

The WiFi connection was not so great in our room but was good elsewhere.

Property was a great location only around 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town and shops, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The food menu for dinner and lunch is also recommended and is made fresh to order and is some of the tastiest food we’ve had on our travels.

They were lots of ants and and a couple of frogs in our bedroom so if you are scared of bugs maybe this isn’t the place for you but with the location of the property this isn’t surprising. The bed was a little uncomfortable and a room clean/bin empty would have been nice since we stayed for a few days but overall I would recommend to stay at this property 😁

Very quiet, peacaful place at the ouskirt of Habarana. The stuff was very nice, amazing breakfast (one of the best we had at Sri Lanka), room was good, clean. Pool was very nice. Good place to relax after busy day. They can also otganize tours and safaris for you. We arrived by bus from Anuradhapura and then just walk to the accomodation (10 minutes walk).

Such a great stay, beautiful location. Really helpful staff. Would highly recommend!

Staff were lovely and helpful in organising transport and a safari. Close walk into the town. The pool was great to cool off at the end of the day!

No fault of the accomodation but be prepared for mosquitos!

We loved the location - it was a short walk to Habarana centre. The house is located in a beautiful garden. Perfect and clean pool. The staff was super nice and helpfull, they helped us with a tuk tuk Drive from the Railway Station and with Minneriya jeep tour. The breakfast was very tasty and abundant, every day a bit different. All over - good value for your money.

There are many animals around - small frogs, gekons, etc. Some of the easily come to your room. If you are not an "animal person", this can be a bit annoying 🙂

Best place we stayed in Sri Lanka! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They arranged an early check in for us. The room was very comfortable and clean and the pool was super nice! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend!
