Panoramic Royal Villa

The hosts were extremely kind. We felt very welcome and extremely comfortable in the room. It was spacious and had good facilities. The location on its own is fantastic. You have an amazing view on lions rock, right behind a rice field and if you're lucky, there might be an elephant walking around. The location seems kind of off the road, but you can easily access everything by foot. Breakfast was also very delicious and we had something different every morning. Highly recommend to stay here, if you visit Sigeriya.

Great Homestay. Stunning View. I loved the ricefields and birds and the nature all around. Don’t know if there is a better place to stay. Itsss well extremely clean.

Flawless

This a great place at the very end of a lane about a KM from the main road. The views from the spacious terrace out to Sigirya Rock were awesome. The room itself was clean, modern and spacious and a really good size. The breakfasts were great too with a different selection of traditional dishes and fruit each morning. It was simple to get from the accommodation to Sigirya and with a tuktuk we were able to explore the local area. The photos were accurate and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Everything was perfect, best accommodation in Sri Lanka so far. Nice room, absolutely spotless and lots of little extra touches such as washing powder for clothes and a kettle with teabags. Breakfast was incredible and the host even made us a breakfast to go when we had a trip to see the elephants (we seen loads). This place is down a road / track from the main area with a wonderful view of Lions Rock.

Great view of lion’s rock from the property! Large room and bathroom, both very clean. Staff very friendly! Good Sri Lankan breakfast and option to have dinner.

A bit further out from restaurants and attractions like Lion’s rock / Pidurangala rock which meant we had to get a TukTuk which the hotel did arrange for us (was just quite expensive)

This place is an absolute gem. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve come across in South Asia, nice view on Lion Rock but especially the owners who are so lovely and made delicious food! Absolutely recommend going here. The safari with their son was also incredible. Such a kind person and skilled in his work.

Beautiful home, modern and spacious room with everything you need for a stay in Negombo. Dulshan & Dilu were the perfect hosts providing incredible service with all the help and information we needed. The breakfast was huge and delicious. Couldn’t recommend a stay here more!

This place is amazing. Surrounded by rice fields with perfect view on Lion rock. Close to the guest house there is a lake which is a perfect for an evening, sunset walk. Hosts are amazing. They helped me organize some trips and tuktuks. Breakfast was super tasty and huge. Fully recommend!
