Staff were lovely. Pool area was nice, hotel was clean + room. Food was tasty. Pretty hotel

They didn’t have anything from their drinks menu but beer & there was also a lot of things not available on the food menu. Food was extremely expensive + drinks also. Located down a very long dust track, not really anything there but the hotel.

The restaurant manager - Pareep. He is the loveliest kindest man & without him the stay would have been an absolute disaster. Any local business would greatly benefit from his skills & professionalism.

The location, and level of hospitality. The attitude was I was doing them a favour by staying there. The room wasn’t serviced once in 6 days - no towel or sheets changed, and I had to clear my own garbage bins. The bed sheets had holes in them. The food & drinks were overpriced given the location & the guests services manager took advantage of the isolation by price gouging on bike hire, 3- 4 x more expensive than others in the surrounding area.

Our stay was good. The staff were friendly and nice, the hostess lady was able to help us with everything that we needed, always a phone call away. The kitchen staff were kind and food was great. A huge thank to the team.

The best food we ever had and staffs were friendly.

The bathroom is open style and we had to call staff to take out the frogs several times during the day. At night there were about 5 frogs and spiders, some on the tub and on the toilet seat as well, we couldn't use the toilet at night, was a nightmare. True wild life experience lol.
