"Disappointing"

Location was good. Working Staff were really helpful. food was good, but no varieties for Breakfast..

Room Towels were not provided (After we request the provided once are wet & not cleaned), The air Conditioner is water leaking, hot water facility was not provided, The Jug kettle, tea bags were not provided. The Manager/Superior staff wants us to cancel the booking.com reservation & get their own package for higher price.

We had a wonderful time there with our 3 kids. The pool and the food were very nice und the houses very nice and clean. The stuff was very friendly and always helped us if ever we needed something. We enjoyed it!

"I was robbed in this hotel"

I would like to say, that I was robbed in this hotel: naturally 500 USD is cash was stolen from my room. The worst this is that I had asked about the safety box when I arrived, but I was ensured that I can leave my valuable stuff at the room and no one will take it. Luckily they left my passport in the bag. The funny thing is that have stolen all the foreign notes which were USD and Vietnam Dongs (I don’t know what they will do with dongs - maybe they though that 200.000 VND is a big amount). Shame on Blue Lagoon! Someone of your staff is a thief!
