Access road needs to be looked at Severe pot holes.

TV in the family room was not connected. I guess it's a basic?

People and their hospitality

Good Place and good people

Resort was fine. But think it was expensive for what was on offer. Rooms were OK but most of the communal areas not open as the hotel was pretty empty (we were the only guests). Workshop wasn’t held here- so also worth noting no workshop facilities.

Two other hotels in this location were a lot nicer for a similar cost per night however, it was a pleasant stay while we were there and staff were really nice.

Place was awesome and the staff was very friendly. Evening view from the beach and the lagoon was really beautiful. The room was spacious and clean.

We loved almost everything but may be prices for the food could have been bit lower.

Guest experience and customer service is good. The swimming Pool is also clean and staff support is also good. Kind of new experience with a sound atmosphere.

Amount charging for food is really high and they charged high amount of money for corkage for us even though we were residents. Most importantly they charged this amount without informing earlier which made us extremely disappointed.

The accommodation, a cocoon of comfort; the food, a melody of flavors; and the staff, artisans of hospitality.

Side road to the hotel was muddy and bit hard to navigate in the night.
